Alright, I'll end the mystery. Even though I wish it was about catching little purple Jellyfish in little bamboo nets, milking the jelly from them, and then letting them go (only to be stung in the process).

Ephi's sig says, "I like jellyfish Gimme a jellyfish mmmm mercury." The last part is the give away. Jellyfish (Cobalt Jellyfish to be exact) is often used to obtain the useful (and profitable) ingredient, mercury. Check it out. Jellyfish are also used in silencing potions and goblin chocolate. There is another use and it only applies to us mithra; we can eat them raw (DEX: 1, MND: -3). Yummy!

So, with the mystery over I wish to declare 'I like Jellyfish gimme a jellyfish'.

Accualy the "mmmm mercury" part was added AFTER Ephi learned that mercury could be extracted form Jellyfish.

Too lazy to find the thread, believe it is the one on Alchmey in how tos. IIRC she said something like 'You mean I have been eating Mercury?'

Jellyfish, prepared and packaged in a number of ways, are eaten in Japan. A local novelity company, Archie McPhee's stocked Freeze Dried Jellyfish for a while, but as far as I know NEVER sold a one.

Have you ever wondered what it would look like when people use foods at the beginning of a party? I mean, just think of a chubby little tarutaru mage pulling out a large pie and stuffing her face....Or like myself, who prefers eastern cuisine...stuffing sushi into my mouth like a glutton...you people who eat food out there should all be ashamed of yourselves!
