aside from all the gear swapping, that looks pretty much exactly how I tank with nin. Parties try to get me in on the skillchain, but I tell them I get 100% TP about every 3rd fight, b/c I spend most of my time casting. lol

I add in the macro a /p that tells the party what the spell I'm casting does.

/p <Katon> = <t> <weakened> to <water>

etc etc. and then my macros go down the line with the element that I supposedly just lowered it's resisitance to. I've had several BLMs /tell me that they love my ninjutsu macros.
