Can someone please tell me how to get warp? is it a drop somewhere or a quest? thank you ^_^

Easy quest needing only fame 2 in Bastok. Need one Slime Oil.
Talk to Unlucky Rat in the Cerment refinery room (I think) in the meatlworks.

Warp can be obtained through this quest. You might need to build up some fame doing other Bastok quests first, and once the quest opens to you, you might want to buy the slime oil at the AH.

Quiet you. I'm uber helpful. If you want details you must specify. Words are a prescious commodity and the next breath I could could very well be my last. I'd rather not waste it describing the area in which an NPC for a quest is standing.
