Lantern Shield L 19, Def: 4, Attack: 5
Decurion's Shield L 20, Def: 6
Bastokan Targe L 25, Def: 7, HP: 6; Republic Targe L 25, Def: 8, HP: 8
And finally a shield for a MAGE!!
Tortoise Shield L 30, INT: 1, MND: 1, In areas under own nation's control: Convert HP to MP: 15. Dropped by Bo'Who Warmonger, around K 10 Pashhow Marshlands, L48 and tough for his level.

I dunno Keavy. Genkai 2 was a joke for me. We killed it with a 18 member alliance of lvl 55 - 75's The mobs died so fast, we were killing everything just for skillups.
Genkai 1 was easy too. Got the bomb ash after two kills. Then we got the Ancient Papyrus (this actually took 15 mins) , finnaly after a few quick kills I got the Ancient Mold.
