That's 19:00 your time.
There should be some kind of program or reference that lets us know what time it is in other time zones....you know, something like the MP Vana'diel Clock but for time zones? :oops:

In your personal preferences when you log in, you can change the time setting to GMT -? or +? and so on. You can toy with it until you get it right for you. Hope that is understandable, I've had a problem with communication as of late. My brain is too fried. -.-
