Goal: Failed.

I ended uo logging in, doing some nyzul before having a naustious feeling. I went to party, and after a bit I began to feel like throwing up.

I actually did.

At this point, I felt better, but still continued playing. Turns out the feeling came back and I had to get a replacement for myself.

So, Stomach Flu killed the xpreeing whore.

Accomplishments: Managed to get past the physical requirements for the Navy. Deployment Date: October 6th of 2009. Fun fun fun.

FFXI: PLD74. Gonna try to finish that over the weekend.

Quiting HNM has given me a lot of extra time to work on getting my own crafts up so also to make some gil.

Kikoku.
I have ninja at 75, however I have semi retired ninja because the job is very expensive in maintainance.
The constant need of Tools and Food, the huge amount of gear needed to maintain several aspects of the job like tanking, DD, nuking, enfeebling gear, elemental resist sets, etc.
Especially needing Usukane as DD gear which is monsterously expensive and very time consuming to get.
Simply said, I love ninja but not enough to sink another +100 mil into.

Claustrum.
Gates of Tartraus does not outweigh the benefits my current Bahamut's staff brings.

Mjollnir.
It's not so hard or expensive. to build a decent whm DD set, and most of it I already own.
Aside from that for the few items I need I am already working on attaining.
Aside from that I have been enjoying WHM DD a lot.
And while of course I hold no candle to any real DD, I can already stand my ground against a lot of the mediocre DDs with my current set.

Level 58, I really cannot wait for my RDM Chest AF. I've been dying since the beginning of the game for one of these sets! I have also unlocked Samurai and obtained Metallic Body, Cocoon and Wild Oats which was incredibly tough for me to obtain. *sigh*

My Blue Mage is ready for Valkurm Dunes, although I doubt I will be using BLU heavily anytime soon!

Dynamis - Valkurm Sliver {mine}!
My dynamis LS won Dynamis-Valkurm on our first try!
I think I like dream land dynamis more then the main cities, but that could just be because it's new to me.

(We're also 1/1 on Dynamis - Buburimu)

Today's been exceptionally kind. Decided to do Subligar farming for the first time in my life.

Got Samurai panties.

Did a few random teleports until someone shouted for a 100 free-lot askar. Joining on that, but Golidar hat dropped. Everyone but myself passed on it, so I'm going "Nom nom <3" on it.

Did ISNM, got Khorma Ore.

Samurai's going to be operational very very very soon.

It's been a while since I posted real accomplishments.

Well a lot has happened.

Since a few months due to my job I quit HNM hunting and started focusing on different gamecontent since I am no longer required to stand in one zone for several hours.
With my current line of rl work I cannot really bring myself up to that anymore either.

Anyway, for the accomplishments:

-Got invited into a Salvage static and beat my first Salvage boss.

-I've started powerleveling Bonecraft last weekend.
I dinged bonecraft 29 last night with a pretty minor loss.
41 more levels to go until I reach the goal for my planned moneymaker towards my relic weapon.
I will most likely take it to 100 later on with subs but for now I keep my goal at level 70.

Slightly off topic:

In a couple of days I will sadly be closing this succesful thread and make a new one.
LA&G is slowly reaching 200 pages and around that amount of pages a lot of databases start showing hickups.
The database this forum runs on has not had any updates since I think 2005 so I'd rather not risk that database crashing as that is one of the things I cannot fix.

Hmm lets see...where to start...

Capped any and all merits pertaining to RNG and SMN...

Started doing Salvage since I quit doing every other end-game activity and have gotten, so far:
Skadi boots (love those things)
Pieces for the Marduk body upgrade (farming my tail off to get money for it)
Pieces for the Ares body upgrade (same farming problem...1.5m gil doesn't cut it for one of these ><)

Hmm...maybe I'll do something more spectacular this weekend, school has gotten me locked into only farming when I have the time.

HAUBERK! and I'm now part of a Mobin Maze static with my dynamis Friend Ascule. We were in Einherjar together, but our shell, Ikea, couldn't afford to run with low numbers. But I got a Moblin Maze Static and right now i'm filling in for someone in Ascule's nyzul static in exchange for farming my askar body. Should they do sunday runs, I'm on that static too. Lost A Run gained 2.

For once I have friends in endgame willing to help. Tuesday someone is helping me get sea!

Pretty much retired from endgame for the foreseeable future- rl economy has me working a part-time retail job in the evenings- so no real time to do much beyond my nyzul static atm.

Oh well- I needed the break anyway. Gives me a chance to finish SMN finally and finish my sub jobs for RDM
