The way to MPK these days is a bit more involved. Find a critter that has an AE damage move, pull it, call-for-help, then stand it on the person you want to kill and keep it alive until it does enough AE moves to slay the AFK/bot.
If you don't CFH, it's AE isn't supposed to hit anyone but those on the agro list (ie. just you). If they're actually fighting a similar mob, though, you can get them on your agro list and end up killing a nearby group with your AE; eg. by pulling your critter past them -- the critters share their hate lists as they get withing sense distance (sight/sound/etc) of each other.
Magic-agro critters will add nearby spell-casters to their list, too. If you're in a group with a mage, that means you can get hit. This typically happens with camping Despot when you have a couple groups killing dolls. You can get killed by the other group's meltdown when no one ever touched (or even could touch it).
You'll get an instant temporary ban for CHF-MPK at the very least. It's very easy for a GM to discover what you did. This is one of those things that's fun to talk about doing, but isn't something that's worth actually doing online.
An RMT account/character is infinitely more disposable than any real character. It's a case of pig-wrestling; you know, "Never wrestle a pig. You get all muddy and the pig enjoys it."

The BEST way to MPK someone is to get a sight aggro mob that melees, drag it over to what you want to MPK, then use the Hide skill. The mob loses hate, still facing the enemy's direction, Then BLARGDEATH.
