Erm, a couple questions...

Hey, I'm new here, nice to meet you all. I just had a couple questions.

These are serious, and I'm not making fun of you or trying to flame/spam/troll/raid. Honest.

I've looked around a bit, and haven't found any full answers to them, so if there are places where the information was posted, let me know? ^^

1. Is there an introduction subforum? If there is, I missed it, sorreh.

2. Is MithraPride a furry (or at least partially furry-oriented) LS? Not furry as in Mithra have fur, but as in the furry culture. I have nothing against furries, I'm just curious.

3. Is MithraPride really Mithra only? I ask because I've seen some members around (at least I -think- they were, pretty sure... ;p) who weren't. If that's the case, are the ones who are not special cases, or is it that they are mules? If that is the case, then are only main-character Mithra allowed into MP, or can you have a Mithra mule and have the MP LS on your main?

1, Kinda, if you have checked around the site, you have found as close as it gets.

2, Maybe. Personally I am a fan of funny animals, that puts me somewhere in the furry spectrum. But while many here of may us fall into that broad definition, this is not a furry site. There have been threads on the subject.

3, Yes, no, and maybe. The MP concept is strictly Mithra. Some LSs on some servers have allowed, or slipped up and let in, non Mithra. Here on the forums, it doesn't mater, anyone can post. Also there are LSs with similar names who do not have the Mithra only rule. Garuda has (had?) one named Mithran Pride.

The MP that I was a part of before it went bye-bye had a rule that if a Mithra was married in-game her spouse could have a pearl.

Yeah, the only rule that this site has is that in game, the LS must be Mithra only. Anyone can be a member of the site, but only mithra are supposed to be allowed pearls. Meh.

And about the furry thing.

Some yes, some no. It's not a furry oriented site per se, just a Mithra one. I've known some that are members of the furry community that became mithra just to play as a cat girl, but that's by no means the average for this site. To be honest, not sure.

"Onry" is the Japanese pronounciation of "only".

I think non-mithra are acceptable if they're a mule of a mithra main character, rules may vary slightly from server to server.

I guess cause I'm a dick, I didn't allow non Mithra on my server, even mules. Meh. I mean, there's only one rule for the entire LS. (Besides don't be a dumbass, that's fairly universal.) I figured if I was going to stand up for Cerberus and establish a shell for my server, I'd make it as legit as I could.

I'm a straight alcoholic and my character roleplays as a lesbian with a thing for Elvaan women.

The reason that I personally have no love for the Humes is because I and all my friends IRL are Humes and where's the fun in being a Hume in-game? That's why I have a Mithra (Keavy), a Tarutaru (Kelsey) and will soon recreate the greatest Galka MILF ever! (Stacysmom)

Yes, but I play video games to escape from reality and playing as a Mithra, Tarutaru, or Galka MILF makes that easier.

There are really only two types: {cats} and {worshipers}. It's no diferent in MP, really. Those without tails simply serve those who do -- though there are some who would deny it, they're just shy about admitting it. It's a {cat} thing.

BTW, what's a "furry" or a "furry culture"?
