2006 wasn't too bad for me. Sure, the year started with me unemployed and in debt but in the end, its all worked out. I have a job I love, I have lots of friends, and I actually have a savings account!

Only really bad thing that happened was the end of MithraPride on Phoenix but we've all moved on and I do keep in touch with the people that I am cool with (In game and on this site) so yeah...good year indeed.

2007 will definitely be better for everyone.

Speaking of the new year, does anyone have any New Year's traditions? I have one where me and my friends all go out together on New Year's Eve and eat a nice dinner at one of those "Family Restaurants" (Places like Denny's) then go home and have a party.

Happy New Year Kitties.

2006, was over all probably the worst year of my life emotionally.

i broke up with my boyfriend(my choice)

my very close friend who helped me keep sane came onto me, and i fell in love with him.

i've been on a rollercoaster of ups and downs, moods swings left right and center.

went on holiday with my ex... 6 months after i split with him...

told my friend i loved him, and he told me he didn't feel the same way.

my brother split with his girlfriend after them going on the same holiday, and she used me as a verbal punchbag as she couldn't take it out on him.

but i have my health (even if it's just physical), and i have a job. i have friends, even though i see them so little, as they all live miles and miles away from me.

As the saying goes

"if you don't have your health, you have nothing at all."

I'm personally hoping my 2007, will be a lot better. but i think if i want it to be a good year, i'm going to have to make it myself.

All the best to all of you and may 2007 be a kinder year to us all.

Good year for school and stuff. Lots of good times, too. But where this year really crapped on me was in FFXI. Came back after 3 months of thinking about it on and off. Came back, didn't like the hume I made, so I made my mithra. Tried to play smn, but my luck ran out on me when doing the solo avatar fights, therefore shoving me into poverty. I reestablished myself and got off on nin, thf, war, and sam pretty well...until I went crazy and tried to do the avatars again. That didn't work so I tried drk, failed cause I didn't like it. Tried drg after that, didn't wanna wait that long for a party in the dunes. Picked up pld, had one bad party with a stupid whm, didn't play it after that. And after that, I tried to switch servers...but when ya have 3 jobs to 30, you don't wanna do all that again. So, back to Midgard and Larxene once more. Now, in 2007, I picked up pld again...and it's doing ok *knocks several times on a plank of moldy wood* And that, my dear ladies and gents, is how 2006 treated my FFXI life...pretty damn crappy, eh?

06 was bad. I think I took all my problems out on my b/f, and it affected me for the worse, money problems have been bad, and work keeps us apart, why we're still together i don't know, but here's the chance to make it right in 07..... and figure out why he was wearing my thong (just kidding)

2006 was decent for me. Mostly because I broke up with a Girl-Friend I now know will do things I will not consider, and now I have a possible chance at a girl who actually has an interest in me.

Sadly, she lived 3k miles away (GOD DAMN YOU INTARWEB!)

But, 2006 was an absent yet for me. Hopefully with 2007 I will finally make it to endgame in an MMO. (I'm hoping to finish RoZ, CoP, and Aht this year as well)

2006 blew for me, but I've already ranted elsewhere about it and I'm sure people don't want to log onto a game's website and hear about my problems. Happy 2007, everyone. May your year be blessed by whatever divine power you believe in, and by Fate for everyone else.
