Login Problems - 9/19 @ midnight

Yet again more connectivity problems to the game. This time I was moving items around with my mule and shifting some bazaar items between characters and had to switch to finish what I was doing.

The problem: After watching the logout timer do the "5 seconds until logout" countdown ... I was still waiting to log out. I could even check other players' bazaars! Weird.

Forced a shutdown of the game (ALT+TAB style) and tried to log back into the game (after the POL login and it checks your version of FFXI) I got rejected with an error relating to the lobby server.

The amusing part is just before I decided to switch characters they announced the reboot of about six - count 'em six - zones ... and not lightly used zones either.

EDIT: They just added a banner message at the FFXI login saying the're having login errors. JOY!

it was Purrfect timeing forr me last night. I was muling some gear over to Gwynnie and i got the lovely "cannot contact lobby serrrverr." errrorr. I only hope the mail serrrvice gets the materrials overr to me.
