Yep, looks like a Final Fantasy meets Dragon Quest, Mario Party type game.

Not really ground breaking when you think about it...I mean its not the first time a {Final} {Fantasy} {character} has shown up in another game...

It's cute and all, especially the picture with Vivi on top of the dice and the {Tarutaru} and Mandy holding it up.

Interesting... The FFXI Mandragora is in the character list too.

Looks like the game is "Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Special." Found a news article on it.
