I think East Altepa is where you can go for most of the levels where you'd usually go to Garliage or Crawler's Nest. Early 30s, it's I believe spiders (careful of sickle slash) and beetles, then dhalmel around 32-35ish... I think it's then or a bit later where you'll go to West Altepa and fight beet...

If you want, you could try seeing how vendor-bought equip sells and put some up for profit. Beetle gear in Kazham sells for at least double the vendor price on the AH on Hades.
