Maybe the real way to test is to have the person with CHR+ Provoke first without attacking and see if the other can Provoke off of them. If CHR+ really helps, the other shouldn't be able to get aggro.

I personally wouldn't spec CHR just for Provoke. Most of the time if you have Provoke in party situations you're either a) a main tank or b) a backup tank. Either way, Provoke will work when you need it to, as long as you start early and Provoke often. I always seem to have a main and backup tank in...

I like riding chocobos, although I agree airships are better. Longer and less expensive than a teleport, shorter than chobobo rides, and takes you directly to the city. I can't wait to get Rank 5 on Josiejo!

I agree with Shirai... Bastore Sardines will get you a lot of fame, although it's extremely boring. If you have a Federation Aketon and/or Flee, that'll help speed things up a bit, but the best thing to do is get about 2 or 3 stacks and just knock it out at one time. It'll be the worst 2 or so hours...

Christmas trees are rare, and I had to send them around a while back so I could recreate some of my characters and as long as they were in my inbox, I could hold them, but since I had some already sitting in my Mog House, I couldn't take them out of the Inbox until I removed them.

Well, if we made a separate pearl for the event, then we could let whoever wanted one in, since after the event it'll be useless. Might be a wise thing to do to avoid any mishaps on any server with an established MithraPride.
