Originally I had planned on being a thief to start and then when I reach around 30 I'd go get my ruby to become a summoner and then be smn/whm, but perhaps I should go for a tank job. I'll be either Warrior or Monk in retail when the HDD is finally released for FFXI.

I hope you come back to us, even if it's with us PS2 players in March. It will give you time to relax, get whatever "la-di-da ffxi" feeling is in you to flush it's way out, and probably by then you'll like to play it again. :) make sure you pre-order if you do plan for that! it'll be hard...

I'd say definately the mascot needs to be of the Mithra Pride and therefor Mithran, and if no one else wishes to be, then Ranruriko is fine by me... though I'm not certain what is the purpose or requirements of the title... anyone care to explain the reason for a mascot?

I believe they did... I think I recall finding a teleporting tarutaru for all areas of Windurst. I like the idea for MP to be in Windurst, but I also believe it's not necessary... A good idea though might be to insure there is a sack holder in each nation? That way we could always just do little MP...
