Yes - eeerr it will be.

They lower it this week down to lvl 15.

But they also shorten the ride time if you are under level 18.
They just haven't said how much shorter though.

Someone either gave me a link and gave me a program that ripped the music of FFXI into either .wav's or .mp3's - but I seemed to have lost it.

I found during beta that if you stand in the 'alcoves' near the tower zone in Quifim nothing will mess with you unless you provoke it. Just hide out there till the monsters wonder off home after killing off the idiots. It was nice having Giants, Wights, and Leeches 10-15 feet away from me just stand...
