They dont have me in the computer meaning they think I didnt return my HDD. Luckly I kept my return receipt which shows it got there the 23 of Oct at 10:30 San Jose CA. The rep said his manager will "look in to it" and well call me in a few days

well I sent everything back but the gamebook. I hope this wont stop me from getting the hard drive. those emails confused me though I wanted to keep the game disc.
