the situation created by powerleveling isn't JUST mental unpreparedness. The fact is, you only get skills by using them. I was in a party last night as my War/Nin. to get the parts you need you have to do the quest again in a location that you have yet to do it in. If you get the pants in Port bastok, you will only get chocobo tickets there from then on. go to Bastok Mines and you will get your other peice on the first shot... every time.
