For the record, Yaoi stuff is generally just pure sex, no real love involved... It's basically guy on guy pr0n kinda stuff. In situations where there's more relationship involved, it's called 'shounen ai', which basically means 'boy love'. Anyways, I think a big reason there isn't same-sex marriage...
