If the cars didn't control like hoverboards and if the combat system was more intuitive I could see myself bumping it up to a 9.

I have most of my NIN scrolls. 6/6 on the quested ones and since Keavy's NIN is 13 she used Tonko and Utsusemi's scrolls already. 4/6 on the elemental ones. That's all the guild has. As for the Sneak spell, Tonko and Utsusemi: Ni I'm 0/3 on those. Tonko's dirt cheap but I haven't seen it on auction ...
