Is it just me, or is the update taking longer than it was supposed to? Maybe I have my time conversion between PST and EST wrong, but it's now 10:19 PM EST and the maintenance is still going on.

Only ONE person in the alliance needs to have this item to start the garrison. I assume that person will always be Tora.

From what I have read, BLM is your best bet as it will give you the highest MP boost, which is what a WHM needs the most. Also get as much gear as possible to boost MP and MND. Don't worry about special armor, defence, or attack, or anything but ** +MP and +MND stuff **.
