You all are probably wondering where that Ishe news post came from. Well, he is talking about the new design of the site. We just weren't ready to put it up yet. New pictures to be added to the gallery soon.

I've updated the code for the website, and changed the design somewhat. I also condensed the "About Us" and "News and Info" to all fit on the home page. This way visitors can see all the site updates from the outset. In addition, I implemented the java-based IRC chatroom I was talking about on the message boards. It can be accessed by clicking Chat on the menu. Looking over the old site, I was also inspired to create a calendar page so we can post important dates, so expect that in the next update.

I decided to change the layout of the gallery, to hopefully be more low-bandwidth friendly. Also, some more pictures added, a slight change in the look of the site, and some more people added to the contacts section, including the founder of the LS (horray!).

After seeing what the gallery did to my broadband connection, I decided to create actual thumbnails rather than let whatever browser you use do the resizing. Let me know if you like the format.

You asked for it, so here it is. The gallery is now up and running. Just keep sending in those pictures! I tried making some of the pictures brighter. For all who sent in pics, be sure to let me know what name I should use for you, and whether or not I should change the pictures I made brighter back to their dark selves. Also, my email address will be changing soon. It will be updated on the contacts page when it happens. The old one will still be active, but it actually belongs to a friend of mine, a friend who has been very patient with me ever since yahoo stopped allowing free pop3 email access ^_^

Heh, sorry about the lack of communication. I've been semi-busy (Darn you, FFTA!) but your emails have not gone unnoticed. The gallery has been built, but I am currently away from my computer, so it will have to wait till later today before any pictures are put up. Also, we've now got another person willing to help out with the design of this site. His contact info will also go up once I get home.

Golddess here. It looks like I'm gonna be the one to try and make this site look pretty. I know it looks a little plain right now, but I'm not too sure what we all want to put on this site. Drop me a line if you've got a suggestion, and I'll see what I can do.
