Last month we got wind that Square Enix was investigating the possbility of porting over Final Fantasy XI to the PSVita. Today, a list of games that are currently in development for the PSVita was leaked on the internet. Of course, whether or not this is "real" is to be determined. However, of note under Square Enix's titles was "FINAL FANTASY XI: VITA Edition" and unlike other titles on the list, there was no "TBA" next to it.

Will Square Enix be announcing FFXI's newest platform during this year's Gamescom? We'll find out soon if they have anything to announce if that's the case.

Not only would it guarentee a PS Vita sale, but I'm damn tempted to go 3G. My only problem is, will it be free 3G, or will there be an additional monthly fee. And I won't lie, I really don't want to pay for 3 different 3G plans. (Phones x2 + Vita)

ATT 3g plans aren't free.

Considering the source and the proof posted I will be taking this with a huge grain of salt until there's a more official release.
