So,figured I would start a thread for posting screenshots of your kitteh in game. Progression, new armor, sexy poses, kicking nass and taking manes...wait wut? Anyway, here is Purrsephoni. Her hair is Actually whitish silver, but the lighting is reflecting off it to make it look goldish.

Dark skin with white hair makes a good contrast, also seems like a popular hair choice hehe.

So what's the difference between Keepers of the Moon and Seekers of the Sun (or is it the other way around?).

I just want to make a character, nevermind playing the game

There's a few differences.
Facial.. Well Myst is a Seeker and I am a Keeper.
One very clear difference between our faces are the eyes, that aside Keepers have less options when it comes to facial markings.
Another less noticable difference is that the Keepers' teeth have fangs.

Then there's one other noticable difference, namely our tails.
Seekers have a shorter tail which only has one color.
Keepers have longer tails and can have a second color on the tip of the tail. (See my pic)

Big bushy eyebrows a feature of Seekers as well? Looking at the eyes, Seekers seem to have cat-like pupils where Keepers have big round pupils. Keepers are sounding more appealing to me, she's a Keeper

EDIT: Should I take her skintone a bit tanner in Retail? I'm not going to do it now, but I'm thinking about it for Retail.

Also, from what I remember (I don't have the character creations screen available to verify at the moment), Seekers have more light skin tone variations, while Keepers have fewer light skin tones and more dark ones. It's the same with hair; there's only one or two shades of blond and no red for Keepers, but more blues/greens, while Seekers have more reds/yellows/pink.

I really like how SE really put the effort in to help players define their personality through their characters. Here are some of my thoughts on the pics.....

Bahamut - Calm disposition when need be, and not afraid to stick it to ya.

Mystiana - Professional appeal, traits show a strong sense of care for team-mates and uses power in a positive fashon for motivation.

Shirai - Intellegent and serious, gets the job done in a careful, logical manner. Scars show well learned lessons. Any new adventurer should take this person's good advice.

Kaorii - Just what I expect from the Devil Cat. A rampaging lunatic breaking the rules of conformity would be an accurate description, as this person will give you the "I'm going to fucking kill you look" and would rather solve a problem by beating you to death than working it out.

She's got a short fuse.... and tends to start fights she can't finish, I have a scar on the right side of her cheek that's not visible because I did that in windowed mode. Although for the most part she's very quiet. Push her, and that changes :3 Karou to me has always been this little fireball girl whose hellbent to change the world and it takes quite a few beatings for her to get sense knocked into her skull. She's headstrong, for sure, but perhaps unable to control that. She gets too emotional in combat which can almost always affect her ability to survive. She's made it this far because of good friends. But out on her own... I don't know.

Have you ever seen "Black Lagoon" the anime? Reminds me of Revy "Two Hands". If you haven't seen it, you should. Lots of adult material, *not sex related*, lots of guns, bad attitudes, shady dealings, explosions, etc...

Note: They rob a sunken Nazi U-boat! wow.....

Purrsephoni's a Keeper of the Moon.

Night = Black skin, Moonlight/Starlight = Silvery white hair
Haven't futzed around with the Seekers yet but apparently another difference is that Seekers get earrings. I've tried every setting for a Keeper and no peircings. Also, not sure about this but as far as eye coloration goes, Keepers can have two toned eyes (one greenish and orange-ish pink-ish and a different set of two toned, just don't remember the colors). I've always liked the black skinned (I like to think it's actually a very thin coating of fur

) and white hair contrast since I learned about dark elves. Which, you can do for the duskwights as well.

Starting gear is that of the Pugilist.

Also, Tirial, you are right on the mark about her.

And yesh, kitteh has fangs

Bushy eyebrows are an option for the seekers, or at least for one face.

Seekers are diurnal, Keepers nocturnal. That's why the eye difference. Also Seekers get many more odd eyed choices than Keepers, but both have that option.

Statwise, Seekers start off with more meleeish stats, Keepers more mageish stats. Of course starting stats mean nothing after a few levels.

If I stick with Rogan (which Im kinda leanin too ^^;) may change hair to white with grey highlight so I can pass for Santa Claws at christmas XD

I use the free version of Fraps for my screenshots and Gimp or MS Paint to edit the pics and convert them to a more web friendly format.
