What can I say? Who doesn't want to relive Hulk Hogan bodyslamming Andre the Giant at WrestleMania 3? Or The Honkey Tonk Man beating Jake "The Snake" Roberts? Well now you can. Relive great moments such as King Kong Bundy and Hulk Hogan in a steel cage. Redefine moments such as Shawn Micheals and Bret Hart by changing the match stipulations, or Re-Write History and have the Junkyard dog pin Greg "The Hammer" Valentine and claim the Intercontinental Championship.
Yes this game is brilliant. But there's more. Create a WWE Legend for exhibition use and take down the champions! Import your SmackDown vs Raw superstars/created Superstars into the game's roster. Crreate a Tag Team, etc.
For those who want to know, I made my hubby into the game and teamed him up with Sgt Slaughter. The Tag Team Slaughter's Marauders. Now this game's engine works different. You have chain struggles. Also known as "Press X To Not Die." you have to be fast and react quick to overturn finishers, or grapples. To use your finisher you again have to use the minibutton system. Which if you import an SvR created superstar with a 9 move created finisher, it's a pain in the butt. But The game was fun reguardless.
4.5/5 Karous because picking a new control system and having to learn it sucked. But hey Who doesn't wanna re-play WWE's greatest moments in WrestleMania.
