For those curious, no this isn't a scene from the fanfest but a preview of the Dissidia: Final Fantasy which should soon to be released in Japan.
(December 18th if I read it correctly.)

Shantotto will be one of the actual playable characters in there.

Yeah, I'm not a shantotto fan...I did a "/em shoves the pole of trials up Shantotto's frickin rear." when I got done with it.

I adore the wicked witch of windurst and Adjido- they're my favorite characters from Windurst. Shantotto/Lady Karruba in the ToAU story line was fun- especially watching her blast the Chimera in the bc fight.

Be interesting to hear her voice acting, it's the same seiyuu as Lina Inverse from Slayers and Jessie from Pokemon (Japanese one )

I'm assuming you mean the seiyuu who does the Kodachi-style laugh from Ranma ½....yeah, that'd fit Shantotto. <.<;

Got it handled already. I called her up as she was getting off work and this is how it transpired;

Asya: So Ayame, I have a huuuuuuge favor to ask you.
Ayame: If this is about that new Final Fantasy Fighting game, Yes I'll ship you one as soon as you paypal me some dough.

She's got my money already, now why did I do it in advance? Because when I do, she pulls it out of her paypal account/bank account as hard currecny and puts it aside with a note on it. Also she is a close friend of mine, she wouldn't steal from me. Because she knows I'll fly to japan and kick her butt if she does

She voiced the female Ranma, I haven't seen much of it so don't know what you're talking about
Naga is from Slayers, at least the first movie and OAV series. They sadly dropped her when they started making the TV serieses

Female Ranma's voice was cute as hell, idk if she did Kodachi's too perhaps tho, but I'm pretty sure it's the proper laugh. I'll look later see if i can find a vid of Kodachi's laugh.
