I don't mind personally, my only complaint is they are considering delaying the PS3 version in NA until they can release both. That agitates me. Beyond that however, the more final fantasy fans the better.

Apparently will be released on the same date but I didn't hear about the PS3 version being delayed for that reason
I think originally it was meant to be released in 2007

Personally I'm not grieving this fact either.
I'd almost dish out the €399,- for the PS3 if it weren't for this announcement.
The reason I'm still holding back from buying a PS3 now is the fact that none of the PS3 only games that are out now appeal to me as making it worth to buy a PS3 for that game as other games have appealed me to buy a Xbox 360.
I'm not part of the crownd that buys a console for the brand, I buy it for the games.
And for this I say /cheers to Square for saving me 400 bucks!
