That's what I did with the level 8 BLU who called me a bitch after I told him that he couldn't learn "Bomb Toss" until level 26.

What to do if newb 30+ lvls under you invites you to a party(Yes this happened to me 
): Tell them, "sure we can party! But it we can only do it in [insert extremely dangerous place on completely opposite side of the known world], I've got something to teleport me there, so meet me over there"
