Bad Pillows

I was on my "dinner break" at work and heard the following SOT being edited 
:
Sheri Maxwell: "I know I got a big brown spot over on the side of my pillow where my cats sleeps and I kept on wondering what's going on there. My cat comes in from outside where I have chickens."
The story is about bacteria on pillows. Here's a bit more for the curious kitties:
MOST OF US KNOW, YOU CAN FIND BACTERIA ON ANY SURFACE.
BUT RIGHT UNDER YOUR NOSE -- WHILE YOU SLEEP?
"We learned that there was more bacteria on the pillows than there were in most surfaces in your home or workplace"
"And the only place in the home that we found has more bacteria than your pillow is your kitchen sponge." ((ewww that's gross!! *goes home and tosses ALL her pillows*))
"Lots of bacteria. Lots of different kinds of bacteria."
CONCERNS DON'T JUST COVER OLD PILLOWS.
A RECENT ... SEPARATE STUDY ALSO FOUND FUNGI ON PILLOWS LESS THAN TWO YEARS OLD.
THE FUNGI CAN CAUSE DISEASE.
IN OUR STUDY ... SHERI MAXWELL ALSO FOUND EVIDENCE OF POSSIBLE FECAL MATERIAL.
