Oh! You're right, the dream dynamis is only two full alliances while the shadow dynamis is three full alliances.

Regular or "Shadow" Dynamis up to 64 people. (The maximum a Linkshell can hold at a time)
Dream Dynamis up to 32 people.
Dynamis Tavnazia up to 18 people.

For the Dream Dynamis you do indeed need to have CoP 3-5 or higher cleared.
When you enter you start without a subjob, these can be activated by locating a ??? somewhere on the map.
Upon entering you have one hour to clear the boss to get another one hour extention in which the Dynamis monsters spawn and you can farm Currency and AF.
To make the boss easier you can kill certain NMs to stop him from using several 2 hours and/or TP moves.

That sounds more fun than regular dynamis, I should look into beating diablos then

Finally got the damned boots off Lizzy's hide!!!

Totally owned it as SAM11/WHM5...was scary...Dia, melee hit, Enpi, Meikyo, Enpi, dead. SAM Kitty ftw!

I have yet to get those boots, but I'm working on it. XD I should remind myself to tell all of you for when I FINALLY get Nadrs, too... I'm something like 0/11 now, lol, after months and months of intermittent tries.

But anyway, to the real reason I'm posting here: A certain lvl 75 SMN friend and I took on Ifrit Prime on Watersday and, okay, I just watched, but now I finally have something other than Spirits and Carbuncle, after three years* of playing this game, woo hoo!

*three years is the estimate I use nowadays. Been playing since NA Release. I think that was Dec 2003.

Took three attempts, a lot of gil and farming, but the Mezraq Project is complete.

For the first time in months, a craft level increased. During a fortuitous Full Moon, I leveled fishing from 39 to 41. It's New Moon now, so let's hope for 43. ^^

Forunately, I only lost one imp. wootz ingot and the platinum ingot on the first try, and only the wamoura silk on the second try. Very lucky!

Beat Diabolos tonight for PM 3-5 and am now up to PM 4-2.

today unicorn barly managed ot keep our record alive for undefeated at besgiged. we started at 4 generals cuase poeple didn't rescuse the galka genral yet form te htrolls. well anyway we start the fight and 3 minutes in some one trains 100 mobs right to the hall of binding. needless to say because of that 20 minuets later all genrals are dead and you have 400+ people in the hall of binding with 100 of us on the ramp protecting the astral and 100 mobs trying ot force their way in. we barly managed ot pull the win off here but atleast i got a cool SC of the Hall of binging with a war Wyreum in side XD it took us 1 1/2 hours to win.

Alchmey 18 and passed the test.

Unlocked NIN. Found the wrong leeches a bit before that though. Didn't delevel.

Bought Gold Encorcelment, made my first Mighty and Vision Rings.

Let's see how they sell.

I finally won the final Rise of the Zilart battle this week. Now I need to finish my cutscenes and be DONE with the expansion. Yay for over two years to complete an expansion. lol

After refusing to level any Melee jobs for... well a long time, I finally went out and did the deed.

THF 7, NIN 3 on Garuda. Alchmey 19 too. I need Beehive chips now and this seems a way to kill two bir... hornets with one set of armor.

but um.. did you really beat Maat or did you "Survive" Maat?

I "survived" when I did my whm G5.
While on SMN G5 I kicked Maat's butt using only Predator claws

(I did not have to fight smn maat but I felt like kicking his butt since I got a summoner's test somehow.)

I spent like all monday through friday of the week b4 july 4 lvling Alchemy and it was so so lol.

however FINALLY LVL 60 AND I DONT HAVE TO WORRY BOUT ALCHEMY ANYMORE FOR MY BONECRAFT.

So today was awesome. No, it was Awesome, capitol A. I am lfp as Drg....soooo boring....so....nothing happening. I get a tell, says do you want to do Bastok 6-1? Do I ever! Like hell I'm getting a pt. I run to basty, see some cutscenes, and find a whole alliance of bastokans who are doing 6-1. Out of 18 people, 15 need it. Well, over the course of a couple hours, we do 6-1 and 6-2. Rank 7, woot.

After that, I'm all happy and such. I figure however I need to start leveling Blm. Leveing a mage and taking it through CoP is better then taking an already leveled melee job through there...and I love Blm...

So I'm sorting out my gear in my MH in Bastok, when a friend of mine says. "Hey, ya wanna come with us on some KS runs?" I figure she means farming. I say no, I already have the KS's I need to do the KSNM I want twice. She says no, we're doing a fight. Which one? The one I want of course. Desert Swarm. So I grab my orb, hop on a chocobo and ride at top speed for Palborough.

Desert Swarm is a 6 person KSNM versus 6 Platoon Scorpions. Each one gets stronger as one of them dies, and if one is asleep and within the AoE range of another scorpion doing a WS, the first one wakes up. So you have to spread them apart, or keep them -all- slept.

Anyways, with 2 75 Rdm's, 75Thf, 72 Drg, 69 Drg, and a 75 Drk, we went 5/6 on that KSNM. Important drops: 3 Orialchum Ingots, 2 Damascus Ingots, 1 Venomous Claw. Rough spread of what we get? 2.5Mil per person. Not bad....one D Ingot sold right away, and with that 766k I bought all my Blm gear, and leveled from 37 to 38, hehe.
