I'm not familiar with encoding video and the like but I have downloaded my fair share of anime and other videos and have some sense of how they come in different sizes and formats.

If your trying to cram 25min into a 27mb you obviously of course really have to crank down the resolution and possibly sound quality. I do have a video that is in MPEG format that is about 30 min long and 32 mb or so in size. Of course it's resolution is really low. So my question would be what format are you trying to encode it in? I have a feeling that an MPEG movie would be much smaller in size compared to, say, a .AVI movie if they were both the same length in time. Of course I have no idea, it's only my guess.

i had the same problem with naruto eps , tried ot get them on there to watch durring english class, anyhow any 30 min clip of anything will ultimatly be drop down to 30 mb at its lowest with the lowest quality and sound, its because not only is it converting it to th mp4 or w/e it also has to resize and code it for the psp to actualy notice and play the file, so yea the only way to get any type of move/show on the psp is to fork over more $ for the higher end memory sticks
