I have lived in Ohio, but now reside in that state that for some reason advertises itself as "the OTHER Washington".

Cleveland Kitty

While I don't like to say it, I'm a Cleveland Ohio Kitty. The good news Cleveland is no longer the poorest city in the nation.
The bad news is we are still tied for the twelth poorest city in the country.
One of the reasons there are few Ohio kittens is the fact Ohio does not have a lot going for it. I wish I still had the Cleveland Plain Dealer article showing the smarter you are, the more likely you are to leave Ohio. Oh well, I'm stuck here for the time being.
