how do i get to moon?
i know its in ro meave or w/e
but how do i ge access to it?
can anyone tell me plz

Can get in easily when there is a full moon (no key required as the doors are open), but there is a gate on the east and west side that need a Key Item moon key. You get the key item by locating a ??? that spawns every 15 minutes and will move around if no one touches it after I think 30 minutes. This ??? is not the one located at the bottom area where the golem is (you'll see what I mean if you get beyond the door). Once you get the key item, you can open the moongates at anytime.

the ??? is up regardless of moon phase. If you know someone with a Moon pass you can go in and get it any time. But if you're going alone, yea, you'll have to wait for full moon to open the gate.

hmmm so basicly there is a gate somewhere in ro meave and when the full moon is out i can go inside and look for the ??? that gives me access?
i will search when i log on but do i need to head near the zone by Hall of the Gods or is it somewhere else?
final question sry if i'm annoying now but when i get the item is it a key item or a regular item that i can reuse over and over OR once used i need to get another one?

The item is indeed a key item, once you get it you have it forever.
As was mentioned, there are two moon gates, one east, one west. Basically, from sanctuary zone, head as far east and west as you can and you'll find the gate. If you know someone with a moon gate pass, you can go look for it any time. But if you're by yourself, you have to wait for a full moon.
