{Um...} I might be crazy but, I think the titles below our names changed. Anybody else notice this? Maybe the change was posted and I just missed it. I used to be a "King Cat" now I'm back to a "Mad Cat". Can I get some feedback from y'alls?

(BTW, if I had my choice I'd take the title of "{The Ninja Cat}" or "{Evil Ninja Kitty}".

I'm just toying with the Rank, I had noticed that quite a few people are getting high posting numbers so I upped the posts for rank title. I am thinking of renaming them since we now have lots of people. When I had made the ranks there were less than a 100 members, so I guess I could change them seeing how we have over 1000.

Any suggestion for rank titles?

Well, IMHO, I think that the kitties (yes, even the non-kitties) should have a chance to earn a title of their own. Keep the titles the way they are (or were or whatever) but after a certain mark (say, 500 posts or something) give us the opportunity to claim our own title.

I've been with Mithrapride since last September and we have grown quiet large since then; much larger then the two active linkshells that were here when I joined. With all this growth, changes in such things as our titles were bound to happen.

Ya know what? I really like that idea! I think that we could swing something like that. I am going to look into possibly setting this up. I think that 500 posts sounds like a nice roundabout number too(since not alot of people have that many posts). I need to think of some rules too, but I will post about it soon.

Possible to just set the board to allow custom personal titles after 500? So that a new section in your profile comes up allowing you to change your title to whatever. I've seen several other forums out there do this kind of thing.

I'm sure that there is probably a way to do it, but I really have no knowledge on how to set it up.

I know that EZboards, Illia, and YaBB have something like this, I'll look into what you could do on this front with PhpBB.

nah, you shouldnt be able to choose your own, you should have to earn it somehow, you know, something that reflects your posts here, or things you have done in the IRC, i mean, id probably be Pervy Kitty.
