It appears that Golddess is hosting the pictures in the gallery, so you would just need to email them to her I guess.
In general, most people use a free picture hosting service when posting pictures on forums. The most popular one is probably Photobucket:

As always, it's a good idea to create a new yahoo (or whatever) email account to use when you register. Never use your main email account for stuff like this. Unless of course you really want to keep pace with the price of viagra, help some desperate Nigerian smuggle $100 million dollars into the country by opening a bank account for him, or enlarge your......erm, nevermind.
Once you upload pictures to your photobucket account you can use the IMG tags to post pictures here. For instance, the following code:
