Honestly, I like being a DD in the PTs.
But, I have also tried other roles such as supporting, tanking, healing.
Being a DD is somewhat easy because all you do is help out in SC and show off your powa!

i used to love tanking,and still do.seems like every pt i get lately i end up tanking anyways lol.anyway,i retired from tanking for awhile and am trying ym hand ad DD.its fun to get up close to a mob and smack em around with a katana,spear/lance,or geat sword and a scythe =^_^=

off corse you realize that nuking is where it's at don't you? not only do us blms steal hate but we out damge and out kill most other fighters^^ so blm rules all!!
p.s. i steal way to much hate which can be a bad thing. had one and only one party that i wasn't stealing hate form though >.>

I've noticed that I've already developed the back-up healer reflex that comes with playing WHM. Searching for a PT earlier as rdm/blm, I made it so I had my enfeeble macros and curing ones together, because, y'know, what if someone hit yellow MP?
I'm glad I'm not a Monk -_-

I like dealing damage and healing. I'm not a big fan of pulling due to the usual major lag
I know nothing about skill chains though atm ... cause I usually am a mage XD

this is hard to answer as ive tried them all enjoyed them greatly but recently have been lvln drg-which is lvl35 and highest job-and have been in many the odd pt if we have a tank i steal hate if im tank even a blm has trouble takeing hate ive even had to pull useing Jump before drg is such a interesting job

I actually started off as a healer, but I got extremely bored and missed the melee.
Not so fun when you're just sitting in the back without any action.
