*clears throat prepairing to sing her song*

Down at an english fair one evening I was there
When I heard a showman shouting underneath the flair

I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts
There they are all standing in a row
Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head
Give them a twist a flick of the wrist
That’s what the showman said
I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts
Every ball you throw will make me rich
There stands my wife, the idol of me life
Singing roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch
Roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch
Roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch
Roll a bowl a ball, roll a bowl a ball
Singing roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch
I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts (they’re lovely)
There they are all standing in a row (one, two, three, four)
Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head (and bigger)
Give them a twist a flick of the wrist
That’s what the showman said
I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts
Every ball you throw will make me rich
There stands my wife, the idol of me life
Singing roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch (all together now)
Roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch (harmony)
Roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch
Roll a bowl a ball, roll a bowl a ball
Singing roll a bowl a ball a penny a pitch

I'm not really going to post lyrics, because, as music, the tone is just as important as the lyrics... isn't that so? ^.~

Anyhow, if there's one:

Zero - Smashing Pumpkins

Do we get more? ^.^

Soma - Smashing Pumpkins
How To Disappear Completely - Radiohead
As Heaven Is Wide - Garbage
Lost - VAST

He was lead singer for Smashing Pumpkins, personally I think that lame band was holding him down, I personally like his new solo album, One of the best people who have gone solo imo.

Corgan rocks on toast, but he's been bouncing off the walls lately. From Zwan, which never really picked up a ton of success to solo, to trying to get the Pumpkins back together, I'm not sure what he's up to.

He's attempting to get the pumpkins back together from what I understand, but I think he's doing great solo, and Its nice to know his voice and singing abilities are still there

My musical tastes are everything from Eminem to Peter Paul and Mary. Marilyn Manson to Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov. ^.^; I have no theme song, particularly. Rather, my vast musical tastes allow me to always find a song for an emotion or feeling.

I don't think he properly knows himself - if he was one of my buddies in a series of local bands, trying to make a serious go of things, I'd sit him down and go "dude, what're you trying to achieve?" To be honest, I think he's been at a total loss as to what to do with himself ever since the Pumpkins broke up.

Aerosmith - Cryin'

There was a time
When I was so broken hearted
Love wasn't much of a friend of mine
The tables have turned, yeah
Cause me and them ways have parted
That kind of love was the killin' kind
Now listen
All I want is someone I can't resist
I know all I need to know by the way that I got kissed

I was cryin' when I met you
Now I'm tryin' to forget you
Love is sweet misery
I was cryin' just to get you
Now I'm dyin' Ôcause I let you
Do what you do - down on me

Now there's not even breathin' room
Between pleasure and pain
Yeah you cry when we're makin' love
Must be one and the same

It's down on me
Yeah I got to tell you one thing
It's been on my mind
Girl I gotta say
We're partners in crime
You got that certain something
What you give to me
Takes my breath away
Now the word out on the street
Is the devil's in your kiss
If our love goes up in flames
It's a fire I can't resist

v I was cryin' when I met you
Now I'm tryin' to forget you
Your love is sweet misery
I was cryin' just to get you
Now I'm dyin' Ôcause I let you
Do what you do to me

Cause what you got inside
Ain't where your love should stay
Yeah, our love, sweet love, ain't love
If you give your heart away

I was cryin' when I met you
Now I'm tryin' to forget you
Your love is sweet misery
I was cryin' just to get you
Now I'm dyin' just to let you
Do what you do what you do down to me, baby, baby, baby

I was cryin' when I met you
Now I'm tryin' to forget you
Your love is sweet misery
I was cryin' when I met you
Now I'm dyin' cause I let you
Do what you do down to , down to, down to, down to
I was cryin' when I met you
Now I'm dyin' to forget you
Your love is sweet
I was cryin' when I met you
(fade)

One of my favorite songs that I used to get myself through alot of my bad times and bring myself to the uber person I am now is
The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill
By: Lauryn Hill

My world it moves so fast today
The past it seems so far away
And life squeezes so tight that I cant breath

And everytime I tryed to be
What someone else though of me
I got so caught up, I was unable to achieve

But deep in my heart
The answer, it was in me
and I made up my mind
To define my own destiny

Sweet!!!!!

Now my put my headphones on , take a bow out to Giddeus and kill some yags song would definitley have to be

Drowning Pool
Let the Yagudo hit the floor!!!

this song just fits me..

title: inner universe (opening song to ghost in the shell:stand alone complex)

Angels and demons were circling above me
Breaking the hardships and starry ways*
The only one who doesn't know happiness
is the one who couldn't understand its call
I am Calling Calling now, Spirits rise and falling
To stay myself longer...
Calling Calling, in the depth of longing
To stay myself longer... I am Calling Calling now, Spirits rise and falling
To stay myself longer...
Calling Calling, in the depth of longing
To stay myself longer...
Stand alone... Where was life when it had a meaning...
Stand alone... Nothing's real anymore and... Stand alone... Where was life when it had a meaning...
Stand alone... Nothing's real anymore and...
...Endless run...
While I'm alive, I can try not to fall while flying,
Not to forget how to dream... how to love
...Endless run...
Calling Calling, For the place of knowing
There's more that what can be linked
Calling Calling, Never will I look away
For what life has left for me
Yearning Yearning, for what's left of loving Calling Calling, For the place of knowing
There's more that what can be linked
Calling Calling, Never will I look away
For what life has left for me
Yearning Yearning, for what's left of loving
To stay myself longer...
Calling Calling now, Spirits rise and falling
To stay myself longer...
Calling Calling, in the depth of longing
To stay myself longer...
Calling Calling now, Spirits rise and falling
To stay myself longer...
Calling Calling, in the depth of longing
To stay myself longer...

Origa is the best singer in the world, ever. I may not speak any Russian or Japanese, but I love her music. I remember my housemates for the 03-04 academic year got worried about me when I stopped listening to death metal in favour of Russian/Japanese pop >.> I love that song.

myself, I'ma change my vote to Float by Aesop Rock. By whole family has been flipping out recently over one thing and another, and I seem like the only one who's stayed even slightly sane. So, yeah. Plus it's Aesop Rock, and there's always about a million different things going on in his lyrics - the lyric book included with his last EP works as well as a poetry book as it does one of hip-hop lyrics. The link isn't entirely accurate, but it's close enough - I can't be bothered typing out the whole thing.
