Hmm, it seems that one of my favorite topics has fallen to the 2nd page. This will not do.
So, I proudly give you, my recipe for:
Yagudo Burgers! (as stolen from my sister's cookbook)
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground Yagudo
2 tablespoons of wild onion, finely chopped
1 shaman garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon rock salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION:
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until slightly brown. Combine with other ingredients and form into patties about 1 inch thick. Preheat grill. Place patties on hot grill and cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes or until done. Serve on buns with your favorite Yagudo burger toppings. Be sure to have plently of cold Yagudo drinks on ice as well.
Share and enjoy!
Note: Yagudo is very very lean. The meat will look a little pink when you take it off from the grill but by the time you are ready to eat them they will be done to perfection.

I just found out that the games Sword of Mana, Secret of Mana, Legend of Mana all take place on a gameworld called Fa'diel
Coincidence? prolly not...

There's also a set of islands/dungeons in FFI called "Cardia"
With the amount of stuff in FFXI that's pulled from other SE games I wouldn't be surprised if the name of the Cardians wasn't a concidence either.

I found this Topic on the 4th page!

Can't believe I've let it slide so far. So, it's time for a *bump* (so to speak).
Etymology and Origins of the word "Mithra"
The Indo-Iranian word *mitra- could have two meanings:
(1) Covenant, compact, oath, or treaty
(2) Friend. A general meaning of "alliance" might adequately explain both alternatives. The second sense tends to be emphasized in Indic sources, the first sense in Iranian.
The earliest known occurrence of the name Mitra is in a treaty inscription, ca 1400 BCE, established between the Hittites and the Hurrian kingdom of the Mitanni in the area southeast of Lake Van. The treaty is guaranteed by five Indo-Iranian gods: Indra, Mitra, Varuna and the twin horsemen, the Ashvins or Nasatya. The Hurrians, it appears, were being led by an aristocratic warrior caste worshipping these gods

Wikipedia article on Mithra

And to tie everything together, this is where most Elvaan heads belong, *snicker*:
