OMG I did {Bastok} and {San D'Oria} and they was an absolute mob of people mowing down the stolen armor. Even the Mithra one!

...the next day I go to Windurst and there is no one there! Looks like I'm not going to get my Federation Stables Scarf...

Question: How does the shinai (sp?) tie in the the NPC adventuring fellow?

It give a fellow +4 str and +dex if I remember right.

I got my federation scarf right here *Pulls out an Imperial Silver Piece and stares at the warp taru*... I hate doing events.

Oh! I think the events, for the most part, are pretty cool. I'm not really into just leveling through the game as fast as possible. Heck, I've been playing nearly every day since I started the game in Dec of '06 and my highest job is still only 47... But I've completed nearly every quest possible in San D'oria, tried my hand at a number of different crafts, camped a number of different NM's; done a few BCNM's; Garrisons, Expeditionary Forces... While I look forward to being a 75 DRG, I'm not racing to get there. The game has so many different story lines and sub-sub-plots and side stories and I want to explore as many of those as I can. For me the festivals and events are part of that.

last week- made a fabs crawl w/ our animated "web-pill" directing viewers to our website.. n' then did live webcast about who the eagles just picked in the nfl draft

today-converted a .tif to an .ltv for an animated background to be embeded into our election graphics!! weeehoo AND it doesn't re-start w/ each new page {/dance}
also showed my director how to do a crawl in a pinch

Just unlocked my sub job which is warrior, making me Mnk18/War9.

More Assault winnage- although we were cutting it close on Evade and Escape in Halvung. Have to avoid 3 Dahaks while hitting 3 switches at the same time.

Our fearless leader: Ok, walthrough says to leave dragons alone, but let's kill the dragons first so it'll be easier to get to the switches.

The blm who's already done this one: "Let's not."

Leader: It'll be ok, we can take them.

BLM: Let's not.

Leader goes and elegy's the first Dahak. 5 mins and 6 deaths later...

Well, after the painfully slow invites I've been getting as Dragoon I've decided to play a job that I know will not leave me sitting in Jeuno with my flag up for the whole night:

In the course of less than a week I have shot up 12 levels and haven't waited more than 3 minutes for an invite. After playing for more than a year and a half I think I may finally have a job that I will need to do LB1 for...

Well... all that has changed with the Anniversary ring!
I am now level 50 DRG, finished LB1 and have started my AF1 quest I'm getting invites again!

And the most beautiful part! {PentaThrust} {mine}! {Super Jump} {mine}! The job is more fun than it has ever been!

I tried that too. When I hit 70Drg, I decided to work with another job that was more in demand, I went bard too. Bard is very fun, but I still want to get some more gear and stuff for Drg.

Settled things out with the LS I got banned from.

Scored my Dragon Brais last night (AF2)!
In the same trip to that little island in Batallia Downs my RDM friend and I also took out the walking tree NM and got the clay impression from the monument. All in all, an excellent night!
