What size is the pic? I think it can't be larger than 80x80 with a file size of 6k.

As for the website linking ... where is it and I'll try to work on getting that to work for you.

the pic is in my folder on the server, so you can check it there, but i made it 80x80 it may be over the 6k limit though...

I hotlinked mine (it is under the limit) from my Netscape site as is my usual habit. I use them for a graphic/file hoster all the time, they've never failed me. (and yes my sig pic is also hotlinked from there)

I would've liked to use this one though(the problem is it's almost 10KB):



I'm the type that doesn't change avvies that much, though.

Anyway, you could get space there. Ya don't need a AIM name to do it, but if you do have AIM, use your AIM username and password to get space.

And may I see the original shot? Maybe I could go get the GIMP out and get it to the right size for ya...(hey, I've been able to get the ones I make _pretty small_ though I've done avvies for the RPGamer board (64X64, no bigger than 10KB) or the DSL Net board (100X100, no file size limit)

Have you tried lowering the quality of the image? If it's Jpeg, quality effects the size of the file a lot...
