Personally, even on my own server I know very little about the local HNMLS's. I know there's one called HNMLSKingBehemoth that's pretty big. But if you're looking for Titan server specific stuff, you might also have a better chance if you post this in the Titan server boards.
In the end, I'm just talking out of my ass. So take it all with a grain of salt.

Before you decide to go to an HNMLS think about this:
An HNMLS takes a lot of your time and also your personal life,
to camp on things you sometimes HAVE to get online for at the weirdest times to get "Points".
No points no good drops for you!
Most of Titan's HMN Linkshells do not permit you to have another LS but the HNM LS and maybe a Dynamis shell.
Meaning if you can't be in a social linkshell, and if you have a lot of ingame friends and have several linkshells you might not like this.
Also to get access to that "High level money" you need to be around at a lot. (see points thing)
You can look up some High level friends of your's on titan if they have HNM LS connections and can recommend you to one.

Shirai I hear you but I know alot of in EO. My old ls broke and alot of them went over there and apparently I have made unknown pals in Syenery as I found out from a member wo I tried to help on wsnm. Endgame if it dont work out no one is stopping me from leaving them but I'd like to give it a shot at least. The ones where i know alot of ppl might work for me. 
Besides my current ls just got ppl started on zm5 so in time almost all our lower high lvls will have sky, thus the ls leader will make our ls a dynamis he said which wont be np when the others get to the needed lvl.
