Honestly .... Way back in the mid 20th century (otherwise known as the neolithic age) when I was a kid I could order stuff over the phone or by mail COD. Or spend my allowance and chore money on comic books that the Comics Code Authority would NEVER have approved of.
Today kids of that age, and we are talking single digits, are offered credit cards. They can spend their allowance on games with breast physics and they know how to watch porn on the interwebs.
