Well if you feel FFXI is truly stressing you out, heres a few simple tips.
1: Logout and log right back on. Believe it or not, by the time you do this process your already half calmed down.
2: Leave your computer and get a drink (non alcholic of course, dont ever drink and play
) or snack.3: Find your pillow/suffed animal etc. And unleash the wrath of thor on it.
4. Bury your face into a pillow and SREEEAAAAAMMMM.
or my number one favorite. Change into a job you like thats high lvled. Get a chain of weak mobs, and start a slaughter fest.

turn game off, try to do something else. Still hurts thinking about it but I'm mostly over it. I'll be laughing when they get to 70s and need a RDM and I'll just tell them to f*** off
