Medal Of Honor Limited - Gameplay Glitch

Since my googling found nothing but snobby "I didn't have this glitch so I won't help you" answers to this glitch issue, I'm asking for tech support here, assuming I'm not the only blood thirsty FPS Kitty. On the second level of the game, when you clear the plane graveyard and go to enter the Warehouse, a major glitch ensues. Only one squad member, Voodoo, moves up, Mother and Panther remain stuck behind cover, and when I go past Voodoo up the stairs or to the back of the warehouse THERE IS NO FLOOR O.O You fall right through, restarting the level, game save, checkpoint, etc has done nothing. Is this a bad disc burn from the factory or is DICE finally letting me down.
