Walk The Mirror's Edge..... And Have Some 'Faith' In EA.

Post by Karou Ariyen »

They, along with DICE, did it. The teasers. The Trailers, The Demo, and finally the Game. A solidly Built Game. A Riviting Storyline. You play a Runner named Faith... Who, btw, actually looks asian for once. In a city where information is controlled, Runners deliver sensitive information via the rooftops and skyways of the city away from prying eyes. A murder has taken place and Faith is being hunted. Play the game, you'll see.

It's a puzzle/action adventure/first person game. Innovative as well. The puzzles can be a bit challenging, but persistance pays off. The ability to disarm cops from their weapons is a plus, along with the occasional need to snipe a few pesky cops. I wish I could find something wrong with this game. But I can't. I just would highly encourage everyone to go play it.

Karou's Dead Rat-Flail Score: 5/5 Dead Rat-Flails.

I keep hearing good things about it and might just have to rent it if nothing else. i really hesitate to buy blind because of so many overhyped and utterly shitty EA games I have already wasted money on.

Same here, when I see the EA logo I usually start to cringe as they have ruined too many good gameseries and other promising titles titles already.
And I did stand in the shop with this title in my hands hesitating to add this game to my already oversized stack of games I still need to finish, until I spotted the EA logo and put it back on the shelves.

I'll await a few more reactions before going back and buying this myself as buying is my only option.
(We have no game rental >.<)
And even though I try to stay unbiased... No I really can't say I am a huge fan of Electronic Arts.
