BCNM is definately your best bet. Codex don't have a great drop rate, but go for about 100k from what i've seen. Royal jelly is pretty easy, but I haven't done it in a while. I prefer to do the PCharm one, which is far more money making. As for crafting... You're not really going to make much of any...

It was probably server lag. I have that happen alot when i am trying to BP in Dynamis. The BP timer will restart and my avatar will stand there glowing and the buffs do not appear. Very bad luck there.
