Anyway I keep my statement that there's too little meat on the Taru to survive for a while.

I think I would kill the Elvaan,
a few reasons.

1. Taru arrre our allies, so we help each otherrr.
2. Tarus don't arrre small so don't have much meat on em.
3. The rrreason Gwynn gave
4. Let the Galka have fun with the little hume, we will eat him when food runs out.

PLD is a tank not a DD!
And since pld is the main tank of parties (most of the time).
Provoke is a must if you want to keep hate, and whm and pld don't have it as jobskill, war does.

I wouldn't know any other suitable combo then pld/war.

Agreed, Gilsellers are a sore in the eye to all of the players. Also a couple of my other LS' have lots of trouble with these guys. Some of the Gilsellers are currently haunted by us ingame allready when seen. Unfortunatly they keep comming back, and as long as there are Gilbuyers they won't go away.
