There are LS on Titan, Remora, Hades, Alexander, Kujata, Phoenix, and Midgardsormr. Also a good possiblity of there being on on Cerberus soon. I've been into Lower Delk many times, I'm lvl 24 and Rank 2, soon to be three. I do believe to see the CoP thing you have to ahve a certain rank or fame, or talk to somone, cause I haven't seen squat. >.<

That's pretty much it though. You don't lose exp, items, or cash. It's pretty much negligible as to getting a raise or not before level 10. So you may lose 50-200 exp.
