Just to add a point on ranged attack they missed. Str only adds to ranged attack with bows, whereas with guns, its alll Agi.

Females make good sauces

Boost agi, lower evasion and fight Monks Mandrakes, or yagudos
Wield a 2-hander or a couple daggers like mentioned above.. should go up regularly, particularly if at least easy preys.

MP is definitely short on tanks. We have a very high amount of mages (all colours), thieves, and rangers.

I dont know where you heard that, but it is incorrect. At high levels, Rng has the HIGHEST damage output of any job. Unfortunately, the drawback to this is that you have to spend a freakin whackload of gil to get there. The problem with rng being overlooked is this,,..You gotta spend a lot o gil. Ma...
