well, depends on the job. As my 29dragoon/whm i tend to get about 600 or so xp in like half an hour. My fav female race is Mithra, followed closely by Hume. I absolutely fell in love with Mithra when I was researching ffxi to choose who I wanted to be. To me, they were the most playful and had the most flexibility when it came to job choices (I know, most ppl would say Hume has the most flexiblity...
