For fishing at 11, I'd recommend Quus. You can fish them up in all sorts of saltwater, including that in Port Windurst. They bite on a Sabiki rig (although less frequently than Bastore Sardines, so if you follow this advice be prepared to pull up a lot of those Sardines), so you can save some signif...
